We are looking for an Account Manager within the Customer Growth team in our Boston, MA office.
You will be responsible for managing and growing revenue for a named set of existing customers within Edge, the Data, Insights and Advisory solution you need to win in an ecommerce-driven world.
- Ownership of key relationships within major brand/manufacturer customers
- Commercial responsibilities for renewals and selling of additional product/advisory solutions
- Communication within internal departments tied to customer delivery
- Revenue Target Performance against Renewals, New Product Sales, and Advisory Services
- Effective communication skills both internally and externally
- Exhibit strong funnel account management
- Experience forecasting and quota attainment to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual bookings that achieve the team's revenue target
