About the role

We're looking for an EA to join our team in North America. As part of our Support function, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own project management duties and function as day-to-day contact across several client engagements
  • Ensure proper and timely escalation of project risk or potential for missed delivery deadlines
  • Take thorough notes on all internal and client conversations, capturing action items and next steps
  • Provide high level administrative support to team
  • Act as the data and information owner for team’s strategy work
  • Utilizing client materials and insights from internal interviews and deducing where MediaLink clients fit within the marketing landscape
  • Ensure engagement team has appropriate context and visibility into the marketplace issues and opportunities
  • Assist in conducting diligence, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analyses on a variety of media, marketing, advertising, entertainment, and technology related topics
  • Synthesize and package findings into client-ready materials for deliverables

 

Your experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the Media, Advertising, Technology and/or Consulting space or in a related strategy role required
  • Ability to identify sponsorship opportunities for our clients
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential
  • Experience in CRM platforms used internally, including Salesforce
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Limitless intellectual curiosity and general desire to learn
  • Ability to partner across the organization to deliver engagement objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
