We're looking for a Fashion Retail Analyst to join our team in London and become an integral part of our Content function.
- Producing quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating the analysis into valuable recommendations
- Producing clear, persuasive and concise presentations and analyses pieces using WGSN’s proprietary data sets.
- Analyse consumer data to identify key trends and insights
- Planning and managing the delivery of quality work as part of the project team
This role will be based in the insights team and will be working closely with sales and marketing to find, and deliver, stories and insights to support new client acquisition.
- Fashion industry experience, gained in a strategy consulting firm, market research agency, and/or a fashion brand
- Experience in buying or merchandising is desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with documented experience of the ability to solve unstructured problems involving large amounts of quantitative data with a structured and hypothesis driven approach
- Demonstrable problem solving skills, and be comfortable manipulating and analysing large data sets in excel
- A strong team player with empathy, humility and dedication to joint success and shared development
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience and understanding of the EMEA and North America fashion markets preferred
- Highly numerate and have excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills preferred
