We’re looking for the someone who can assist in shaping the company culture in our Sandy office. As we’re a global company communication with all levels of the organization is key. This role has lots of opportunities to grow and develop, so lifelong learners and go getters are welcomed.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Expense Reports for multiple executives
  • Oversee office budget for food, parties, supplies, etc
  • Assist with monthly local town halls
  • Back-up for Executive Assistant
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Culture builder for our brand including assisting with employee recognition (Edgy Awards)
  • Front desk duties including welcoming guests, answering main line, collecting mail, etc.

Your Experience

  • Experience with Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Answering phones
