About the role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sandy, UT.  As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, your key responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process; from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews to offer delivery
  • Lead and deliver a best in class candidate experience
  • Continuously work to improve diversity at Ascential/One Click Retail
  • Build strong working relationships with our developers and development leaders to effective execute the hiring and on boarding process, collaborate with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their needs
  • Strategize with the Recruiting team to come up with innovative recruiting strategies
  • Effectively navigate our recruiting process and provide a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Understand the current development landscape and assist the team with building best practices to recruit developers


Your Experience:

  • Ideally 5+ years- technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably with some experience working in a start-up environment
  • Additional full-cycle recruiting across all business units (Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Admin) is a plus
  • You can speak and understand tech (Frameworks, Languages, Development, etc.)
  • Sourcing experience using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and others
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and using an ATS- Workday a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A commitment to diversity, and preferably, experience improving a previous employer’s diversity via specific recruiting strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
